Volpe Busts McCorkell and Shak

In near back-to-back hands, Paul Volpe eliminated both Craig McCorkell and Dan Shak with {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}.

First, after a {10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop, McCorkell got it in with {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} for about 460,000. Volpe had two of his outs with his pocket kings and held through the {10-Clubs} turn and {A-Hearts} river.

Shortly thereafter, Volpe eliminated Shak and relayed the details to us. Shak opened under the gun and then called Volpe's three-bet from late position. The flop fell {J-}{9-}{3-} with one heart and Shak shoved for about 450,000 with {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}. Volpe called with his pocket kings and scored the elimination when Shak found no help from the turn or river.
