2012 World Series of Poker
Sean Giesbrecht was all in and at risk with
against the
of Ricky Markowitz. But the board came

, pairing Giesbrecht's queen and giving him the double up.
David Debue was all in preflop holding
and up against the
of Erik Hellman. The

flop paired Hellman's king and gave him the lead, but Debue did pick up a Broadway straight draw. The
turn gave Debue even more outs, but the
river was not one of them.
We caught up with the action just as Stephen Cesaro was getting all in for his last 326,000 against Fabrizio Gonzalez.
Gonzalez:

Cesaro:

The

board kept Cesaro second best and he was sent to the rail.
We didn't catch the betting action, but we do know that Peter Schneider was all in preflop for around 325,000 with
and ran smack dab into the
of 2010 November Niner Joseph Cheong.
The

flop gave Schneider a gut-shot straight draw, but neither the
turn nor
river failed to complete it.
Action folded to Gwennael Grandmougin on the button, and he raised it up to 25,000. Daniel Negreanu called from the big blind, and the flop came down

. Negreanu checked to Grandmougin, who fired out 28,000. Negreanu thought for about 20 seconds before check raising all in for 187,000 on top. It only took Grandmougin a few seconds to fold, and Negreanu took the pot to get some much needed chips.
Joseph Marchal was all in for his last 224,000 holding
, and he was dominated by Ryan Pochedly's pocket kings. The

flop was harmless, but the turn and river came
,
respectively, and Marchal doubled to 455,000 with Broadway.
Pochedly's stack slipped to 160,000.
We caught up to see Paul Soukthavone all in and at risk against Robert Lay.
Soukthavone:

Lay:

The board fell

and Soukthavone's ace-king was unable to improve, sending him to the rail.
