Marcia Topp had raised from the hijack and A.J. Jejelowo reraised to 200,000 from the small blind, which was enough to get Topp to fold. On the very next hand, it was Amit Makhija raising from the hijack seat for 76,000, and when it folded to Jejelowo he again reraised to 200,000. The blinds got out, and after thinking for a half-minute Makhija pushed all in for 785,000 total. Jejelowo considered for a short while, then called the shove.
