The $67,500 PokerStars PokerNews Freeroll Series will see a $5,000 freeroll take place every week between September 1 and December 5. In addition to the $5,000 weekly prize pool, there will be a further $7,500 set aside for the top 15 points earners over the promotional period, with the overall winner taking home $1,500!
Players who finish in the top 30 places in each weekly $5,000 freeroll will be awarded between five and 100 points as shown in the table in the Terms and Conditions tab.
This promotion is exclusive to new and existing PokerNews customers who have downloaded PokerStars through our links and used our marketing and bonus codes. New customers need to download PokerStars, enter the marketing code "POKERNEWS.COM", the bonus code "STARS600" and make their first deposit. They will then be eligible to register for the next available $5,000 freeroll.

Jeremy Ausmus started the hand with the button. Andras Koroknai raised to 1.1 million from under the gun, Ausmus called, and Greg Merson three-bet to 4.6 million from the small blind. Koroknai folded, and so too did Ausmus.
