In February 2011 Sam Barnhart came out of nowhere to win the Harrah’s Tunica, Robinsonville WSOP Circuit Event ($148,612) which gave him automatic entrance to the National Championship in May of that year. He won that one too ($300,000) and used part of that money to buy-in to the 2011 WSOP Main Event. He finished 17th in that one for another $378,796.
Since then he's cashed in a lot of smaller events and today he added another cash to that already impressive list. He made it in to the money but just busted in a three way hand. His
