Gold #3 Full of Poker Titles

Level 8 : 250/500, 50 ante

We knew that this was going to be a stack field, and that many tables would be stack with two or three notables. However, one table in particular has stood out late in the evening as the toughest table left, and it’s full of players who have made runs at major tournament titles. Here’s who is warming up those seats.

Seat 1: Erica Schoenberg: Schoenberg may be known by many as being Erick Lindgren’s wife, but she certainly is a threat on the felt in her own right. She finished 3rd in a $1,500 No Limit tournament at the 2006 WSOP, and has amassed over $830,000 in tournament earnings.

Seat 2: Chino Rheem- We highlighted earlier that these two were at the same table, and how funny it was given the recent history between Rheem and Lindgren. Rheem hardly needs any introduction. While he was a tournament grinder for years, Rheem burst onto the scene when he made the very first November Nine in 2008, finishing 7th. He has since won two WPT titles, including the WPT Championship just two weeks ago.

Seat 4: Josh Brikis- Brikis is another player who has grinded the tournament circuit successfully for years now. He nearly won a bracelet in 2009 when he finished runner up in a $5,000 Six-handed event, cashing for nearly $620,000. He has since made two more WSOP final tables, and made a deep run in the 2010 Main Event, finishing in 55th place.

Seat 5: Christian Harder- Known by many as his online handle “charder30”, Harder is one of the most successful online tournament players of the last few years. He has also made a killing on the live felts, with biggest score coming when he final tabled the WPT Championship in 2009. Overall, he has made almost $2.7 million in live earnings.

Seat 6: John Beauprez: If you’ve been following our live coverage this summer, then you know who John Beauprez is. He just won the $1,500 Six-Max event….two days ago. Yesterday he took the day off, and is here at the Rio again looking for back-to-back wins here at the series. He has won over $580,000 in live play, and much more then that on the online felts, where he is a world class PLO cash game player.
