Lhommeau Doubles Through Crane

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

From under the gun, Amit Makhija made a raise to 4,000. In the next seat over, Maurice Hawkins made the call. Two seats over from that Damien Lhommeau moved all in for roughly 50,000. Action folded to Russell Crane in the small blind who thought about it for a while, then finally announced a call. Action folded back to Makhija who folded, as did Hawkins.

Crane: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Lhommeau: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}

There was no sweat for Lhommeau on the {10-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop, but a flush draw did materialize on the {8-Spades} turn. Fortunately the river was the {J-Diamonds} and Lhommeau was awarded a double up through what was one of the biggest stacks in the tournament.
