A Win For Sanders

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

This hand started with Adam Sanders raising to 9,500. Phil Ivey next to act made the call. The man in the 9 seat moved all in. Sanders made the call and it was back to Ivey. He tanked but he eventually mucked. When Sanders flipped up {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} and his opponent had {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs} Ivey did not seem happy that both players were somewhat counterfeiting each other. None the less Ivey seemed happy when the flop came {k-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts} knowing he would have lost to Sanders.

Sanders stayed in the lead as the turn came the {8-Clubs} and the river {2-Clubs} and eliminated his opponent. Sanders is up to 270,000.
