Giannetti Quicky Doubles

Level 3 : 75/150, 0 ante

Four players saw a flop of {8-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}, including Matt Giannetti and Jonathan Jaffe. The action checked to Giannetti, who fired 1,800. Only Jaffe called.

The turn was the {5-Spades}, Giannetti bet another 4,075, and Jaffe tank-called.

The {5-Diamonds} completed the board, Giannetti moved all in for 8,575, and Jaffe quickly called. Giannetti showed {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} for aces and eights, and Jaffe's hand quickly hit the muck.

The 2011 November Niner doubled to 34,500 chips, while Jaffe only has 3,900.

Full House For Katchalov

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

Eugene Katchalov raised to 250 from the hijack and the player in the big blind called.

The flop came down {Q-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{7-Spades} and action was checked to Katchalov. He bet 300, his opponent called, and the {4-Clubs} hit the turn. Another check to Katchalov led to another bet, this one for 700. His opponent, though, check-raised to 1,500. Katchalov called to see the {10-Clubs} river and the player in the big blind checked. Katchalov fired 3,500 and after a few moments, his opponent called.

Katchalov tabled {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for a full house, besting his opponent's {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} to win the pot.
