Ivey and Duhamel Clash

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante
Phil Ivey
Phil Ivey

Ivey and Duhamel, who played more than once against each other in the past, faced off again just now. In a button (Duhamel) versus small blind (Ivey) situation they worked with a {2-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades} | {9-Diamonds} | {9-Spades} board. Ivey had checked and Duhamel carefully selected four yellow 1,000 chips and threw them in the middle under while announcing that he wanted to bet 3,600. Now it was on Ivey who, uncharacteristically we might say, took minutes of tanking. He eventually folded and Duhamel mucked with a sigh of relief.
