Pleticha Makes a Good Call

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Antoine Saout, who started the day with the chip lead, opened to 3,200 under-the-gun. His only caller was Tomas Pleticha in middle position. The two went heads up to the flop: {2-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}. Saout made a continuation bet of 3,000 and Pleticha threw in the three 1,000 chips as well. Both players checked on the {6-Spades} turn and the dealer burned and put the river in place: {9-Spades}. Saout made it 6,200 and after some thinking, Pleticha made the call.

Saout showed his {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades} but that was not good enough to take down the pot. Pleticha tabled {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and took down the pot. Saout won't have the opportunity to get those exact chips back from Pleticha since the table broke immediately after.
