Johnson Up to 600,000

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Eric Rodawig raised to 45,000 from under the gun, and Marco Johnson was the lone caller in middle position. The flop came down {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}, and Rodawig fired out 70,000. Johnson called, and from there, both players checked the {q-Spades} on the turn, and the {9-Hearts} on the river. Rodawig announced "ace-ten", and Johnson showed {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for top pair, which was good enough to take the pot.

Johnson Gets Half the Pot to Double Up

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Joao Simao raised it up to 52,000 from under the gun, and Noomis Jones called. Stephen Johnson moved all in for 55,000 total, and Jarred Graham called in the big blind, as did Simao and Jones.

Those three players checked down a board of {4-Spades}{6-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{j-Spades}, and Graham showed {j-Hearts}{10-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Hearts} for two pair. Jones and Simao both looked like they couldn't beat that hand or have a low in their hand, and Johnson showed {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}, saying "I'd be shocked if this low was good." Sure enough it was, as the other two players mucked their hands. Johnson and his rail celebrated as he got an unlikely double up to 110,000.

The final ten have just taken their seats at the unofficial final table. We will post their seats and counts shortly.

David Brooker Eliminated in 11th Place ($14,430)

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

We caught up with the action on the flop, which read {8-Spades}{k-Spades}{7-Hearts}. Eric Rodawig bet pot, which was 135,000, and Brooker called off, having committed most of his chips preflop.

Rodawig: {6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Brooker: {a-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{5-Spades}

At the moment, Brooker's ace high was good for the high, but the {10-Spades} on the turn gave Rodawig a straight. Brooker was now hoping for a low card for half the pot, but it didn't come, as the river was the {7-Spades}.

After that win, Rodawig now has 450,000.
