We didn't catch the hand as it was happening, but we noticed that Jason Mercier's stack had seen quite an increase since the last time we saw it. We took to twitter, and he reviewed the hand that got him a ton of chips.
Bracelet winner David "OBD" Baker has made it no secret on twitter that he has been running bad so far this summer, and it looks like that trend has continued in today's event. The last time we walked by Baker's table, he still had an about average stack of 11,000, but it looks like that went away rather quickly, as we just saw him post this.
We also weren't able to catch the details on the bustout hand, but 13-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth will have to wait another day to battle for #14. He tweeted this just a few minutes ago.
