Farrell Increase Chip Lead

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Niall Farrell raised it up to 14,000 from under the gun, and Michael Rocco repopped it to 56,000 in the small blind. The big blind then moved all in for 110,000, and it was back to Farrell. He announced call, and Rocco did the same.

The two of them then proceeded to check down a board of {k-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}{q-Spades}{3-Hearts}, and when Farrell checked the river, he said "I'm such a nit," before tabling {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}. Both Rocco and the all in player mucked their hands, and Farrell collected the pot to up his stack to 700,000.

Cornell Doubles Through Hanowski

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

We came to the table as Martin Hanowski announced all in and Tyler Cornell made the call with 22,000 already in front of him.

Hanowski: {4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Cornell: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

The {6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop looked like it might end Cornell's run but the {q-Hearts} turn changed the outlook. The {9-Diamonds} river kept Cornell's pair in the lead for the double up.

Rios Busts Kuether

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

We missed the hand as it happened, but Pedro Rios was kind enough to give us the breakdown of how he busted Joe Kuether. According to him, Kuether open shoved from early position for his last 100,000 with {q-}{j-}. It folded around to Rios, who shoved over the top for 180,000 with {k-}{k-}. The board ran down {3-}{4-}{7-}{7-}{5-}, and Rios upped his stack to 280,000.

Updated Chip Counts

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Marafioti Doubles

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Matt Marafioti opened to 14,000 from the hijack seat and the player in the big blind called. Both players checked the {4-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop. The big blind led for 12,000 when the {2-Spades} turn came and Marafioti called. After the {8-Spades} river came, the big blind moved all in and Marafioti snap-called.

The big blind announced "flush" and Marafioti proudly turned over {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs} for a full house. Marafioti has a below average stack and still has work to do but at least he has a bit of breathing room.

Rocco Check Raises Mercier

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Michael Rocco made it 16,000 to go from middle position, and Jason Mercier was the lone caller from the button. The flop came out {2-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs}, and Rocco check called a bet of 14,000 from Mercier. The turn was the {3-Hearts}, and Rocco checked again. This time, Mercier fired out 38,000, and just a few moments after Rocco confirmed the sized of the bet, he assembled a stack of orange T5,000 chips, and slid them in, a bet of around 130,000. Mercier quickly folded, and Rocco took the pot to get his stack over 650,000.
