Weisner Knocks One Out

Level 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

A player in early position opened to 500 and Melanie Weisner in the cut off was the only caller. {7-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} on the flop and the initial raiser checked. Weisner threw a 500 chip in the middle and quickly called as her opponent moved in for 3,550. Weisner tabled {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and was up against {Q-Spades}{9-Spades}. The {6-Hearts} on the turn didn't help her opponent and neither did the {K-Spades} on the river. Weisner now plays about 12,000.

Set over Set over Top Pair; Split Pot

Level 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

The player under-the-gun raised it up to 325 and he received three callers before French player Ronan Monfort had the decision on him. He moved all in for 1,925 total from the hijack, and this made all players quickly fold to the initial-raiser. He raised it up to 3,350 and the player next to him called all in. Two other players folded and we we're witnessing a three way all in.

Monfort tabled {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts} and said "I'm ok with that" as the first raiser showed his {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. "And I'm ok with that" he said as the other player showed his {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}. Monfort hit good on the flop with {J-Clubs}{8-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and he was in the lead. The {10-Diamonds} on the turn gave the second player a set and Monfort was about to lose his stack all of the sudden. The {7-Diamonds} on the river gave the first person a set but made a straight on the board to make it a three way split pot.

Wasicka Loses With Jacks

Level 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

Paul Wasicka opened the cutoff to 300 and the player on the button made the call. The big blind moved all in for exactly 2,000 and Paul Wasicka followed his lead and moved in as well. The player on the button folded and Wasicka showed his {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}. The big blind had just {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and was already about to leave the table.

The flop gave him some backdoor split pot outs with {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}, but the {3-Spades} on the turn really started the party for him. The {5-Clubs} on the river didn't help Wasicka out and he needs to continue with just 2,575 in chips.

Stout Climbing

Level 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

We arrived to see Matt Stout and another player at a flop of {8-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}. Both players checked. Then on a very wet board the turn came the {j-Spades}. Stout's opponent bet out 450. Stout did not believe his opponents and made the call. The river came the {7-Diamonds}. Both players opt not to bet the card. Stout waited to see his opponent cards who flipped over {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for sixth pair. Stout was happy to win with this {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}.

Stout has been cruising early today and has already climbed up to 14,800.
