Ho and Cantu Chop A Nice One

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Omaha-8

Maria Ho came in for a raise from under the gun, and she found calls from Matthew Ashton, Brandon Cantu, as well as both players in the blinds. The dealer fanned out a {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop, and the small blind led right out. The big blind folded, as did Ashton, but Ho and Cantu made the call. The {j-Clubs} hit the turn, and the small blind led again. Ho came along, but this time, Cantu raised it up. Both players called, and the river brought the {6-Clubs}.

The small blind led once again, Ho called, and Cantu called off the rest of his chips. Cantu tabled {6-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs} for a variety of full houses, which was good enough to take the high. The big blind had the {5-Diamonds} and {2-Diamonds} in his hand for a six high straight and low, but it was no good, as Ho had the nut low to take the other half of the pot.
