Worst Card in the Deck for Matusow

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Omaha-8

Action folded around to Mike Matusow in the small blind, and he raised it up. David Levi called, and the flop came down {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. Matusow bet out, and Levi made the call. The same happened when the {2-Clubs} hit the turn, and the dealer put the {4-Hearts} out on the river. Matusow checked, and Levi committed the rest of his chips, which was less then a big bet. Matusow immediately shook his head, and let out a chuckle. He then flashed {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}, saying "I know that's the nuts going to the river." He then said "worst river card ever," as he chucked his hand away, and Levi confirmed that, as he showed {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} for a rivered flush and low.

Despite the hit, Matusow is still strong with 125,000, while Levy got some much needed chips to up his stack to 40,000.
