Bicknell Check-Raises to Success
Hand #77: Amanda Baker raised to 24,000 and Leanne Haas called from the small blind. Both players checked the 
flop. Leanne led 35,000 on the 
turn and Baker called. Haas bet 50,000 on the 
river and Baker made the call. Haas had 
for king high but Baker took the pot with 
for a pair of jacks.
Hand #78: Kristen Bicknell raised to 25,000 and she won the blinds and antes.
Level 22 has just begun. The blinds are now 8,000/16,000 with a 2,000 ante.
Hand #79: Matthews raised to 35,000 and it folded around.
Hand #80: Bicknell raised to 32,000 and Matthews made the call from the big blind. Matthews check-folded to Bicknell’s bet of 35,000 on the 
flop.
Hand #81: Connie Bruce raised to 35,000 on the button and Bicknell called from the big. Bicknell checked the 
flop and Bruce made it 50,000. Bicknell raised to 165,000 and Bruce folded.
