Last Two Hands Before Break

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #41: Phil Galfond raised to 70,000 in the cutoff, Steve Sung three-bet to 225,000 out of the small blind, and Max Lehmanski moved all in from the big blind. Galfond and Sung both folded.

Hand #42: Galfond raised to 70,000 in the hijack seat, Dani Stern defended his big blind, and the flop came {j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{5-Spades}. Stern check-called a bet of 75,000, and the turn was the {6-Diamonds}. Stern checked, Galfond fired out another 155,000, and Stern check-raised to 475,000.

Galfond went deep into the tank, and the five other players stood around the table, waiting to goto break while he thought. Finally, he tossed his hand into the muck, and Stern picked up the pot.

The players are now on a 20-minute break. We will have full counts shortly.
