Negreanu Adding Still More

Hands #124-#128

In Hand #124, Brian Brubaker raised from the small blind and Daniel Negreanu called from the big blind. Both drew two, Brubaker bet, and Negreanu called. From there Brubaker stood pat, while Negreanu drew two and then one.

Brubaker bet after the second draw and Negreanu called. Brubaker then bet all in for his last 14,000 after the third draw, and after Negreanu squeezed his new card to see he'd drawn an {A-}, he folded.

From there, Negreanu won the next four hands in a row — all without having to show down a hand — and is now sitting with nearly 1.3 million chips. In other words, Negreanu is edging towards having two-thirds of the chips in play with four players left. Meanwhile, Chiu has slid down to fourth position at the moment.
