Straight for Wiese

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Hand #35: Jared Bleznick raised to 90,000 in the hijack, James Wiese called on the button, and the flop fell {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}. Bleznick continued for 75,000, Wiese called, and the turn was the {4-Hearts}. Bleznick opted to check, Wiese checked behind, and the {j-Hearts} completed the board. Bleznick checked, Wiese wagered 150,000, and Bleznick called.

According to the announcer, Wiese showed "eight-nine" for a straight, winning the pot.

Hand #36: Daniel Alaei raised to 80,000 in middle position, Bleznick called on his direct left, Gjergj Sinishtaj called in the small blind, and Numit Agrawal defended his big blind. The flop came {4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{q-Hearts}, both blinds checked, Alaei bet 180,000, and all three players folded.

Hand #37: Wiese raised to 100,000 in middle position, winning the pot.

Hand #38: Bleznick was first to act and raised to 100,000, Wiese called two spots to his left, Agrawal raised the pot (460,000) on the button, and both Bleznick and Wiese folded.

Hand #39: Alaei raised to 115,000 out of the small blind, Bleznick called in the big blind, and the dealer fanned {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}. Alaei led out for 130,000, Bleznick called, and the turn was the {a-Hearts}. Alaei led out again - this time for 245,000 - and Bleznick folded.
