Boeree Biking

Liv Boeree opened for 2,200 from early position and got callers in middle position and on the button. She slowed down with a check on the {9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop, and the middle-position player bet 5,000. The button folded, and Boeree called. Both players checked through the {7-Spades}, and the river was a {2-Hearts}. Boeree fired out 11,000, and he opponent called immediately.

Boeree: {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{9-Spades}

Boeree's rivered wheel took the pot.

Shorr Shortened

Shannon Shorr
Shannon Shorr

Shannon Shorr opened to 2,500 from under the gun plus one, and found a call from the player in the cut-off. The flop came {8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, and Shorr threw out a continuation bet of 3,300, which was called. The {q-Diamonds} fell on the turn, and Shorr bet out another 7,000 which was instantly called.

The {3-Spades} completed the board, as both players opted to check. Shorr tabled his {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a missed straight draw, before his opponent rolled over {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} to take down the pot.

Buckner Scores Bustout

Steven Buckner three-bet over an initial raise, and then another player four-bet all in. Buckner called and turned over {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}, and was ahead of his opponent's {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}. The board ran out {j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{6-Spades}{9-Spades}{j-Spades}, and Buckner won the pot with his kings, sending his opponent to the rail.

Buckner is now up to 131,000 in chips.

Coren Crushed in Set-Over-Set

Victoria Coren
Victoria Coren

Following a raise under the gun to 2,300, Andy Black made the call next to act along with Victoria Coren from the small blind before the big blind bumped it up to 8,100. All three remaining players made the call as the {10-Spades}{K-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop was met with an all-in shove from Coren totalling 23,000.

The big blind opted to raise to 51,000 to put the original preflop raiser into the tank for over five minutes before he eventually laid his hand down before Black instantly mucked.

Coren: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Big Blind: {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}

With the tanker stating he folded {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}, the turn and river landed the {6-Spades} and {5-Spades} to see Coren hit the rail.

Elder Sends One Packing

Rupert Elder
Rupert Elder

From middle position Rupert Elder raised to 2,500. Action folded around to the player in the cutoff who reraised to 8,200. When action folded back around to Elder he put in a fourth bet to 17,200. The player in the cutoff five-bet all in for a total of 44,800. Elder called it off.

Elder: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}
Cutoff: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}

It was a race situation and could go either way, but the flop fell {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}{5-Spades} in favor of Elder. All he needed to do was dodge a queen or a running straight to take down the pot. The turn was a bit of a sweat when it came the {J-Hearts} giving the cutoff player four more outs, but Elder dodged them all on the {8-Spades} river to scoop the pot.

Mullins Doubles

A short-stacked Bill Mullins pushed all in from early position, and the only caller was the small blind. Mullins turned over {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}, and the blind showed {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. The flop provided no help to either player, coming {8-Hearts}{q-Spades}{6-Clubs}. The turn, however, was the {a-Diamonds}, giving Mullins top pair and the lead. The river was a brick, the {4-Hearts}, and Mullins doubled up on the hand.
