Another Bustout

Level 12 : 300/600, 100 ante

Johannes Meyer opened the action with a raise to 1,400. Mark Darner 3-bet to 3,800 from the button, and Roy Gibbs, Jr. called from the small blind. Meyer also called, and the three players saw a flop of {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}. Gibbs and Meyer checked, and Darner bet 7,000. Gibbs then raised all-in. Meyer folded, but Darner immediately called and turned over {a-}{k-}, well ahead of Gibbs's {k-Spades}{10-}. The turn and river were no help to Gibbs, who has been eliminated from the tournament. Darner is now up to 80,000.

Binger Triples, Then Busts

Level 12 : 300/600, 100 ante

Nick Binger was on the super short stack, but he's still alive. Binger was down to just 1,000 chips and he moved all in from the hijack seat. The player in the cutoff called, and the player on the button raised to 3,700. Action folded back around to the cutoff player and he made the call.

The flop fell {9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} and the player in the cutoff checked. The player on the button bet out 4,200, and the cutoff player called.

On the {4-Diamonds} turn, The cutoff player checked, and the button player bet 16,000. The player in the cutoff folded and the two players showed their hands.

Binger: {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Button: {4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

The river was the {J-Clubs} and Binger was able to triple up to just above 5,000 chips. Unfortunately, he was eliminated just after the hand. He was able to make $7,384 for winning his first table.

Friedman Busts Sunil Aggarwal

Level 13 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

On a board of {Q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} bracelet winner Adam Friedman had moved all in putting Sunil Aggarwal to a decision for his tournament life. After being in the tank for nearly two minutes, Aggarwal made the call and he wasn't pleased with what he saw.

Friedman had turned trips with {A-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and he was crushing Aggarwal's {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}. The river was a blank {4-} and Friedman scooped the pot.

Ramdin and Minieri Butting Heads

Level 13 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Dario Minieri
Dario Minieri

Victor Ramdin is seated on Dario Minieri's left, and Ramdin is taking advantage of his position by picking on the younger pro. On one hand, Minieri raised to 2,000 under-the-gun. Ramdin immediately 3-bet to 5,000. Everyone else folded and Minieri called. They both check when the flop fell {3-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, and they checked again on the {7-Diamonds} and the {j-Diamonds} river. Minieri announced "ace-high," but Ramdin turned over "{a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} for bottom pair.

On the very next hand, Minieri was in the big blind, and Ramdin raised to 2,000 under-the-gun. Minieri called, then checked the flop pf {q-}{2-}{7-}. Ramdin bet out, and Minieri folded immediately. It will be interesting to watch these pros as they continue to battle.

Level 13 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

On a flop of {K-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts} Brock Parker made a bet of 3,600. He was only called by Cliff Josephy on the button.

The turn came the {4-Spades} and both players checked.

On the {4-Diamonds} river Parker checked once more, but Josephy wasn't checking. He decided to throw out a bet of 14,000. After thinking about it for just a bit, Parker said, "Call," but mucked when Josephy showed {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}.
