Schulman KO'd Again

Level 8 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Nick Schulman opened with a raise and both Thomas Muehloecker and Shannon Shorr made the call to see a {Q-}{6-}{5-} flop fall.

Catching the action on the turn however saw Muehloecker bet 15,000, Shorr fold and Schulman raise all in for roughly 55,000 with Muehloecker calling.

Muehloecker: {10-}{10-}
Schulman: {A-}{Q-}

With Schulman drawing dead, he headed to the rail while looking like he would possibly enter for the third time.

Vener Delivers Rheem a Vicious Beat

Level 9 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante
Chino Rheem
Chino Rheem

Scott Vener opened to 6,000 only to have Chino Rheem three-bet him next to act to 14,000. Vener made the call as the dealer fanned a {2-Spades}{3-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop with Vener checking.

Rheem continued for 20,000, and after nearly two minutes in the tank, Vener moved all in for 85,700. Rheem deliberated for a few moments before calling off his 80,600 total.

Vener: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}
Rheem: {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds}

With Rheem in great shape to double, the {K-Hearts} on the turn changed little, but it would be the devastating {9-Diamonds} on the river that would send Rheem to the rail as Vener climbed to 201,600 in chips.
