Mo Nuwwarah was in the small blind when the action folded to him. He asked to see the stack of the big blind Sherwin Pilalia. Nuwwarah had him covered and he announced all in. Pilalia checked his cards and it looked like he had a decision to make. Eventually he folded and showed the . Nuwwarah looked surprised and showed the . “Probably a chop.” he said.
On the button next hand Nuwwarah raised to 4,400 and took it down uncontested. From the cut-off next Nuwwarah again made it 4,400. This time Eric Monson defended the big blind.

In the first couple of minutes there was no drama at the tables yet. Luis Gadiana first lost a chunk of his stack but then doubled up again to pretty much where he started with versus
