Glenn Cozen Eliminated in 21st Place ($18,254)

Level 21
Glenn Cozen
Glenn Cozen

Omaha 8

Calvin Anderson raised under the gun and Glenn Cozen, on his immediate left, moved all in for just 7,000 chips. Cozen, who finished second in the 1993 WSOP Main Event, had been on the losing side of many hands, and now he was up against two players for his tournament life as Ben Yu called from the big blind.

The flop came {7-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and Yu check-called a bet from Anderson. The {9-Spades} turn and {7-Spades} river were then both checked.

Yu showed {J-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}, Anderson tabled {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{X-Hearts}, and Cozen did not win the hand as he showed {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}.
