Saul Doesn't Know What to Do

Level 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Matt Jarvis raised to 5,200 out of the small blind, Kevin Saul three-bet to 11,700, and Jarvis tank-called.

The flop fell {k-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Spades}, Jarvis quietly checked, and Saul knuckled behind. The turn was the {3-Spades}, Jarvis checked again, but no one saw it for nearly two minutes.

"I already checked," Jarvis finally said.

"Oh," Saul blurted. "I didn't even know it was on me."

He bet 7,800, Jarvis check-raised to 19,800, and Saul made the call. The {5-Clubs} completed the board, and Jarvis led out for the first time, firing 28,500.

"I don't know what to do," Saul said after a few minutes in the tank. "Sorry, guys."

He eventually announced a call, and Jarvis showed {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

"Chop it up," Saul said, showing {k-Clubs}{6-Hearts}.

Both players had kings and fives with a nine kicker, and chopped the pot.
