Matusow and Moed Chop Up Uchida

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Omaha Hi-Low

Michael Moed opened for 2,400 under the gun and Mike "The Mouth" Matusow called one seat over. When action reached Shunjiro Uchida on the button, he three-bet to 3,600, which prompted both blinds to released. Both Moed and Matusow called and three players saw a flop of {5-Spades}{4-Spades}{8-Hearts}.

Moed checked, Matusow bet 1,200, and both his opponents called. All three players then checked the {10-Hearts} turn and the {6-Hearts} completed the board on the river. Moed checked for a third time, Matusow bet 2,400, and Uchida called.

"Alright, I'll make a bad call," Moed said before putting in the necessary chips.

"Just a low," Matusow said and showed the {a-Clubs}{2-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. Uchida then tabled the {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for aces.

"Straight," Moed said as he perked up. Indeed, his {2-Clubs}{3-Spades}{4-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop was good for the high, and he was awarded half the pot while Matusow took down the other half with a low.
