Don't Be So Aggressive To Me

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Omaha Hi-Low

Allyn Jaffrey Shulman raised it up and Vanessa Selbst made it three bets, Shulman called with the words "Let's see a flop." Both checked the {4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} flop and Shulman then check-called the {10-Spades} turn for 5,000. Selbst made it another 5,000 after the {9-Clubs} river and this time Shulman folded.

Back Above Average

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

We have 55 players remaining for an average of just above 64,000 chips and George Danzer helped himself to more than that with a bigger hand in Omaha hi-low. He picked up {A-}{10-}{8-}{6-} on a {J-}{8-}{7-}{7-}{9-} board and the straight was good.

No Low For Matusow

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Stud Hi-Low

Mike Matusow completed and Michael Chow was all in for his last 3,600 with Konstantin Puchkov also stucking around in the hand. The russian picked up a pair of kings and kept betting as of fourth, Matusow called on sixth as well and then they checked on seventh.

Matusow: {7-Hearts}{8-Hearts} / {5-Hearts}{2-Spades}{5-Spades}{X-} / {X-}
Chow: {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts} / {J-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades} / {X-}
Puchkov: {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} / {Q-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{6-Diamonds} / {Q-Clubs}

Matusow could not complete a low and lost the side pot to Puchkov whereas Chow tripled up his tiny stack.

Roeseler Takes on a WSOP Circuit Superstar

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Omaha Hi-Low

With a board reading {5-Clubs}{7-Spades}{q-Spades}{7-Clubs}, Michael Roeseler checked from the cutoff and seven-time WSOP Circuit ring winner Chris Reslock bet 5,000 from the button. Roeseler made the call and then check-called another 5,000 when the {8-Spades} completed the board on the river.

Reslock tabled the {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} for queens full, and Roeseler rolled over the {2-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{5-Spades}{k-Hearts} for a low. Chop it up.

Meanwhile, Ron Fast has built up a big stack one table over and is currently sitting on 117,000.

"You're Safe"

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Stud Hi-Low

We picked up the action on fourth street when Matt Glantz bet and a short-stacked Thomas "Thunder" Keller called. Keller then called a bet on fifth before calling off his last 3,000 on sixth.

Keller: {10-Clubs}{4-Clubs} / {2-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} / {6-Diamonds}
Glantz: {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} / {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{j-Spades} / {K-Diamonds}

"You're safe," Glantz said after looking at seventh and realizing he failed to make much of anything. Keller, who ended up with a pair of tens and an 8-6-4-3-2 low, was pushed the much-needed pot.

Brian Gets No Nichols Back

Stud Hi-Low

Brian Nichols was one of the top stacks going into the day, but he has just been eliminated in stud hi-low.

At the same table, Michael Moed had scooped two big pots in a row to get up to six figures. First he had a set-over-set in his favor and then coolered Dutch Boyd with the nut flush and low.
