Aaron Steury Eliminated in 17th Place ($6,178)

Level 20
Aaron Steury
Aaron Steury

Hold 'Em

Aaron Steury was down to less than two big blinds and after posting his big blind would call off the last of his chips when Lonnie Heimowitz opened. "Hope I'm drawing live," said Steury as he turned over {K-Hearts}{5-Spades}. "You are," said Heimowitz as he tabled {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}. Steury would hit the {K-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop to give him a pair of kings and would stay ahead on the {2-Clubs} river. The river was a cruel one for Steury, however, as it was one of three cards in the deck that could knock him out... the {A-Spades}. With Steury's elimination we are now down to 16 players and are re-drawing to the final two tables.
