Arieh Doubles Up with a Straight

On the {5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} board, Josh Arieh checked, and Timo Pfutzenreuter bet 52,000. Arieh check-raised to 131,000, and then Pfutzenreuter fired back with an all-in shove. Arieh called and put himself at risk for 244,000 with the {3-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for a straight. Pfutzenreuter had the {6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}.

The river was the {K-Spades}, and Arieh doubled up.
