Pat Eighty-Seven For Abrams

Level 2

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

Paul Volpe, winner of Event #13: $10,000 No-Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball Championship, was on the button and cut out a raise to 75. Scott Abrams made it 275 to go from the small blind and it folded back to Volpe who called.

For the draw, Abrams knuckled the table, signifying that he was pat. Volpe, on the other hand, pulled two new cards. Abrams fired 250 post-draw and Volpe called. Abrams rolled over {8-}{7-}{6-}{4-}{2-} for a pat eighty-seven. Volpe mucked his hand and Abrams took down the pot. He's now up to around 5,900 in chips while Volpe has dropped to roughly 3,650.
