Giannetti Wins One From Watson

Level 5 : 150/300, 0 ante

From the cutoff, Matt Giannetti raised to 750 and only Mike Watson called him. As Watson was in the big blind he was first to act on the {8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{Q-Spades} flop. Watson checked and Giannetti checked behind.

Watson then led for 1,200 on the {8-Diamonds} turn and Giannetti called. On the {5-Diamonds} river, Watson checked and Gianetti checked behind.

Giannetti opened {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Spades} and was good because Watson mucked.

See if you can find your favorite player in this list. Table 18 should be interesting as it currently homes Dan Kelly, Bryn Kenney and the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event champion Greg Merson.

As we approach the last few minutes of level four, the tournament clock now reads 404 players.

Now that number may be the total entrants or the players remaining, but either way it tops the 400-player field set last year.

And with approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes available before registration closes, that number will definitely increase.
