Hands #155-167: Katz Doubles

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Hand #155: David Chiu opened and Sean Berrios called from the big blind. The flop came {K-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Berrios folded to a Chiu bet.

Hand #156: Berrios opened, Yegor Tsurikov made it three bets to go. Berrios called. The flop came {J-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Berrios bet and was raised by Tsurikov. Berrios called and then would lead out again on the {3-Diamonds} turn. Tsurikov raised again and Berrios called. The river was the {5-Clubs} and both players checked. Tsurikov showed the winner with {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and Berrios said "I missed" as he turned over {A-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}.

Hand #157: Chiu received a walk on his big blind.

Hand #158: Jesse Katz opened and said "come and get 'em boys" as he sat with 107,000 total in chips. Brandon Shack-Harris called from the big blind and would fold to a Katz bet on the {A-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop. Katz showed {A-}{K-} and took down the pot.

Hand #159: Chiu made it two bets to go and Dan Kelly called from the big blind. Kelly would check-fold to a Chiu bet on the {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop.

Hand #160: Berrios opened and Katz called out of the big blind. Katz would check-fold to a Berrios bet on the {A-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop.

Hand #161: Chiu won the blinds with a raise.

Hand #162: Berrios completed from the small blind and Tsurikov checked his option. The two would check the {J-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop and {6-Spades} turn and Berrios would bet on the {Q-Diamonds} river. Tsurikov called and would muck when Berrios showed {Q-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a rivered pair of queens.

Hand #163: Katz opened and Chiu called from the big blind. The flop came {9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Spades} and the two would exchange bets and raises until Katz was all in. Chiu had flopped top pair with {J-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and was ahead of Katz and his {A-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and Katz would need an ace or deuce on the river. He would get just that when the dealer put out the {A-Clubs}.

"Bam," said Katz, clapping his hands together emphatically. "Weeeeeeeeeee," he said, walking away pumping his fists. "Easy game," he added as the dealer pushed him the pot. "Now you boys have to put up with me a little while longer."

Hand #164:Tsurikov opened and Shack-Harris called from the big blind. The two would check it all the way down on the {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} board and Shack-Harris would take it down with {K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}.

Hand #165: Berrios won the blinds with a raise.

Hand #166: Berrios won the blinds with a raise.

Hand #167: Tsurikov opened, Chiu called, Shack-Harris made it three bets, Tsurikov made it four bets, Chiu folded, and Shack-Harris called. The flop came {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Shack-Harris called a Tsurikov bet. He would do the same on the {J-Hearts} turn and then fold when Tsurikov bet the {6-Hearts} river.
