Double-Knockout for Alofs

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Timothy Alofs just moved all in from the small blind after players both in the cutoff and on the button had put their short stacks at risk.

Cutoff: {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Button: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}
Alofs: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

Alofs took the lead with the {K-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop and that would not change after the board completed with the {4-Clubs} turn and the {2-Spades} river.

Kiletto Busts Another

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Lily Kiletto flat-called a raise in middle position and then four-bet-shoved into the three-bet of an opponent with {K-Hearts}{J-}. The three-bettor called for his last 38,000 with {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}, then two hearts on the flop were followed with one more on each the turn and river to give Kiletto a four-card flush and the hand.

The table was broken soon after. "That is gonna look so bad on the blog," Kiletto said, a smile on her face.

Jaka Not Slick Enough, Doubles Faure

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Faraz Jaka opened to 3,600 from early position and Knut Berntsen three-bet to 7,900. Nicolas Faure four-bet all in for 36,000. Action folded back to Jaka, who also moved all in for more. Berntsen got out of the way and Faure turned over {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}. Jaka tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}, the board ran out {4-Spades}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{q-Hearts} and Faure's jacks held.

Faure took the nice pot and left Jaka on a short stack.

Givens with Expensive Move

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

In a battle of the blinds, we saw Will Givens and Derek Wolters in a rather innocent-looking pot at first. On the {2-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{K-Clubs} flop, the action escalated with a betting war, and Givens had put his opponent all in. Wolters called for his last 42,000 and Givens asked, "Did you flop it?"

Wolters didn't have the flush - only {K-Spades}{8-Diamonds} - but he was still ahead versus the {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} of Givens. The {4-Hearts} turn and the {4-Diamonds} river then sealed it, putting a big dent into the stack of Givens.

"Wow, that was an expensive one," he said.

Engel Busts One

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

A player from early position opened to 3,200 and Ari Engel three-bet to 8,400 from the button. A player in the blind moved all in, the original raiser folded and Engel made the call.

Engel: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

Opponent: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

The board completed {3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{8-Spades} and Engel has heaps.
