Farrell Wins Huge Pot vs. Smith

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

Chris Moorman raised to 500 from middle position, Niall Farrell flat-called in the cutoff and Dan Smith squeezed to 1,700 from the small blind. Moorman stepped out of the way, but Farrell called.

Smith checked the {K-Spades}{8-Hearts}{9-Spades} flop and then called when Farrell bet 1,900. The turn brought the {6-Diamonds} into play and Smith checked again. Farrell kept his foot pressed firmly on the gas and bet 4,700. Again, Smith called.

The {8-Diamonds} paired the board and Smith checked for a third time. Farrell reached for chips and bet 15,300. Smith pondered his options for a short while before settling on a call.

Farrell flipped over {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for a full house and Smith mucked his holding. Farrell is now up there with the chip leaders as a result.
