Bojang Survives With Set

Level 15 : 1,300/2,500, 0 ante

Ismael Bojang raised in the cutoff, and Stephen Chidwick three-bet on the button. The small blind cold-called, and Bojang called. It was Bojang betting, Chidwick raising, and the small blind cold-calling again on the {k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop, and action was the same on the {8-Diamonds} turn, except Bojang was all in with his bet. The {6-Spades} led to two checks between the active players.

Chidwick showed {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} for an ace-three low and top-top. Bojang had a set with {a-Spades}{5-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Hearts}, and they chopped as the small blind mucked.

Stiers Quarters Shack-Harris

Level 15 : 1,300/2,500, 0 ante

Brandon Shack-Harris opened for a raise in early position, and Joseph Stiers made it three bets. Action folded to Shack-Harris, and he called to see a {3-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop. Shack-Harris check-called, and both players checked the {3-Spades}. Shack-Harris bet the {6-Diamonds}, and Stiers called.

Shack-Harris showed {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{j-Spades} for the nut low and deuces, but Stiers held {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a chop on the low and a pair of sixes for high.
