Zaya Shows a Ten

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Ali Eslami checked to an opponent on a flop of {7-Hearts}{q-Spades}{4-Hearts}, and he tossed out 55,000. Andrey Zaichenko raised to 115,000, pushing out a tall stack of orange T5,000 chips, and Eslami tank-folded.

The third player considered the bet as well, but ultimately pushed his cards into the muck.

Zaichenko revealed the {10-Clubs}, and pulled in the pot.

Here are a few various chip counts.

No Paint for Hoang

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

John Hoang was sitting on a big stack earlier today, but things went south for him quick. He got his last 118,000 all in preflop and found himself at risk against Jesse Wilke.

Wilke: {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
Hoang: {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

The {3-Spades}{6-Spades}{9-Spades} flop gave Wilke a pair, though it didn't change much as he had been ahead with his ace. Neither the {6-Clubs} turn nor {4-Diamonds} river helped Hoang, and he made the lonely walk to the payout desk.

Lady Luck

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Aaron Painter was all in and at risk for 116,000 - around the size of the pot - on a flop of {8-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} with {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}, and he was dominated by the {k-}{k-} of Daniel Lee.

Lee remained ahead on the turn ({4-Spades}), but the {q-Spades} spiked on the river to give Painter a winning set of queens.

"Yes!" Painter said, his backpack already on his shoulders. "I can put this down now!"

Sedgeman Blows Adam Off a Hand

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Matthew Sedgeman saw an unknown bet amount called on a board of {8-Hearts}{q-Spades}{3-Clubs}{j-Hearts}, and Alfie Adam checked to him on the {3-Diamonds} river. Sedgeman fired out a hefty bet of 150,000.

"Two kings?" Sedgeman asked as Adam tanked. The two exchanged some low-volume banter and Sedgeman smiled, staring at the felt. Adam released his hand, and Sedgeman showed {7-Clubs} as he mucked.
