What Not to Shove in a Super Turbo Bounty Poker Tournament

Poker player and author Jonathan Little gives advice during the WSOP $1K Super Turbo with Bounties Event. Average stack size is around 20 big blinds. What flexibility do you have with that stack size? How should the $300 bounties factor into your play? What should you be limping with? What should you NOT be limping with? He also comments on how his close friend poker player David Peters plays pots against him.
