Welcome to the third and final starting flight of the greatest poker tournament in the world — the World Series of Poker Main Event!

Today will likely be the largest starting field of the three Day 1s, and a few thousand hopeful poker players will be taking their shot at poker immortality for $10,000 apiece starting at 12 p.m. local time. Through two Day 1 flights — 1a and 1b — 2,457 entries have been generated.
