Welcome to Day 2 of Event #19: $565 Pot-Limit Omaha. Friday's two Day 1 flights saw a combined total of 2,419 runners.

Of the 2,419 vying for a bracelet, just 100 of them return at 2 p.m. local time to continue their quest for WSOP gold. Play on Day 2 will consist of ten 60-minute levels, unlike Day 1, which played through eighteen 30-minute levels.

Leading the pack is Christopher Trang with 402,000. He's the only one to eclipse the 400,000 mark, and only four players managed to bag over 300,000 with Jeffrey Gibson (374,000), Anuj Bahl (357,000), Florian Strasser (333,000), and Peter Linton (309,000 ) respectively.

Although many well-known players like Jeff Gross, Barry Greenstein, and Chris Ferguson failed to find a bag at the end of Day 1, several did, including Loni Harwood, (218,000), Ludovic Geilich (195,000), Jonathan Duhamel (123,000), JC Tran (73,000), and Vivian Saliba (73,000).

Ryan Laplante, champion of this event in 2016, also secured a bag and brings in a healthy stack of 180,000. Check back here for updates on all the Day 2 action from the PokerNews live reporting team.
