Weissman Takes Down a Pot

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

There was around 3,500 in the middle and the board was reading {J-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades} when we arrived at the table. It checked to Joey Weissman who bet out 1,100. Victor Ramdin and Alexander Farin both made the call.

The river was the {K-Hearts} and it checked again to Weissman. This time he bet 3,000 and Ramdin threw his cards in the muck. Farin took his time making his decision and eventually called.

Weissman tabled {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and Farin mucked his hand.

The board read {7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} when newly registered Jennifer Tilly bet 1,500 from the cutoff and James Moore raised to 4,500 from the button. Truyen Nguyen was in the big blind and announced all in for around 16,000.

Tilly faced a tough decision with three-bettor Moore behind her and still to act. But after a minute's thought she also moved all in.

"Well, I can't fold," said Moore as he put his chips into the middle and the players revealed their hands.

Jennifer Tilly: {a-Hearts}{8-Spades}
James Moore: {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Truyen Nguyen: {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

All three players held an eight for the straight, and the river {9-Clubs} didn't change the result as all three players chopped the pot.
