Rasmussen Wins Huge Three-Way All-In

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Thayer Rasmussen
Thayer Rasmussen

Thayer Rasmussen limped and two seats over it was Ryan Goindoo, the chip leader from Day 1, who raised to 20,000. Arthur Morris called as well, but when the action was back on Rasmussen he potted for 87,500. Both Goindoo and Morris called.

The flop was {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{A-Spades} and all three players checked, Rasmussen with 6,500 behind. He bet his last 6,500 as soon as the {7-Clubs} turn came down on the felt and both Goindoo and Morris took their time before making the call.

Goindoo check-folded to a bet of 20,000 from Morris on the {9-Spades} river and the cards were opened up.

Thayer Rasmussen: {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Arthur Morris: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{6-Clubs}

Rasmussen flopped the nut full-house and that was still the best hand at the end, earning him a triple up to 280,000.
