Hand #6-11: Henley Finds a Double

Level 26 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #6: Alan Denkenson opened to 75,000 and everyone folded.

Hand #7: Charles Thompson opened to 75,000 from late position, Neil Henley then moved all in for 303,000 from the cutoff, and Thompson made the call. Players then flipped their hands.

Neil Henley: {a-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}
Charles Thompson: {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

The board ran out {8-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and Henley's ace high was good for the double through Thompson.

Hand #8: Robert Beach opened to 65,000 from under the gun, Thompson called from early position, and Bill Fogel called from the small blind.

The flop came down {9-Hearts}{5-Spades}{7-Hearts} and action checked to Thompson who moved all in. The other two players folded and he won the hand.

Hand #9: Paul W Lee limped the small blind and Beach then raised to 200,000. Lee folded and Beach took down the pot.

Hand #10: Beach limped the small blind and Thompson checked his big blind. They saw a flop of {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Spades} and Beach led out with a bet of 50,000. Thompson called and the {j-Diamonds} hit the turn. Beach fired out 100,000 and Thompson called. The river was the {2-Clubs}, Beach bet 150,000, and Thompson called.

Beach showed {q-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for middle pair but Thompson took the pot with {k-Hearts}{5-Clubs}.

Hand #11: Russell Sutton raised to 125,000 from under the gun and the table folded.
