Sam Grizzle
Sam Grizzle

Sam Grizzle is talking up a storm and firing into almost every pot.

There was a raise from under the gun of 550, an early position opponent called and Sam Grizzle then three-bet to 3,100 from the button.

Action folded back to the early position opponent who called and the dealer fanned out a flop of {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. The action was checked to Grizzle who then threw 4,000 into the middle and his opponent quickly folded.

Davis Lands the Flush on the River

Level 4 : 75/150, 25 ante

Lynn Davis limped from early position and Fransico Calderon raised to 825 from late position. Davis made the call and the flop came {7-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{9-Hearts}.

Action checked to Calderon who then moved all in and Davis thought for several moments before putting in his remaining 2,500. Calderon tabled {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} for a pair of queens and Davis showed {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for a flush draw.

The turn fell the {6-Clubs} and Davis would still need to connect. The river did just that as the {2-Hearts} hits the felt, giving Davis his flush and a double up through Calderon.
