James Calderaro opened to 200,000 from under the gun and Veselin Karakitukov defended from the big blind. The flop came and both players checked to the on the turn.

Karakitukov led out for 190,000 and Calderaro stuck around to see the on the river. Karakitukov checked this time and Calderaro announced a pot-sized bet. Karakitukov was put to the test for his last 515,000 and he tanked for over two minutes. Karakitukov eventually made the call and tabled for a set of eights. Calderaro showed for the nut flush and Karakitukov was eliminated in 11th place.
