Hunichen Building

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Chris Hunichen has had a good run recently. He has doubled his stack since the last count and just won another hand, this time against Daniel Vampan.

The players were on the flop, staring at {7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Vampan check-called Hunichen's 6,500 bet. It went a similar way on the {5-Clubs} turn, though this time Hunichen bet 17,500. The {3-Diamonds} river brought a check from Vampan and Hunichen followed suit, taking them to a showdown.

Chris Hunichen: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Daniel Vampan: {8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

The kings were good and Hunichen collected the chips.

Mccue-Unciano Adds to His Stack

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

The action folded to Mark Dube in the cutoff and he raised to 5,500. Justin Young folded his button and Kainalu Mccue-Unciano reraised to 18,000 from the small blind.

Dube called and they went heads-up to the {10-Spades}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop. Mccue-Unciano fired out a bet of 13,500 and that was enough to get Dube to release his hand.

Kornuth's Ascent Continues

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Chance Kornuth
Chance Kornuth

More chips have come into Chance Kornuth's possession and it was the result of pocket rockets.

Kornuth opened from under the gun and Brent Francia three-bet all in. With everyone else out of the way, Kornuth called.

Chance Kornuth: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Brent Francia: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}

The {j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{j-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{k-Spades} runout kept the aces ahead to the end and Francia had to make his way to the payouts desk.
