Owen Recovers, Makes a Big Call Against Kwon

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante

Adam Owen completed and was called by Kevin Iacofano before Jay Kwon made it two bets. Owen called as did Iacofano.

Adam Owen: {x-}{x-} / {5-}{10-}{8-}{4-} / {x-}
Jay Kwon: {x-}{x-} / {2-}{3-}{2-}{9-} / {x-}

On fourth Kown bet and Owen called. On fifth, Owen took over the lead when Kwon paired. Owen checked and Kwon bet. Owen called. On sixth, Owen led out with a bet and Kwon called.

On seventh, Owen bet again but this time Kwon raised, making it two bets. Owen started talking to himself under his breath and thought for about 30 seconds before calling. Kwon showed {4-}{5-}{9-} for a nine-five low but Owen had him beat with {A-}{2-}{8-} for a eight-five low, so Owen scooped the pot to move around 400,000 chips.
