Right away, in the first hand of the day, Jan Suchanek was eliminated. Soon plenty more left their seats after returning for a disappointing Day 2.

Lars Kamphues was one of the players who sent someone home. Yuhei Sanada raised from late position and Kamphues rejammed from the small blind. The rest of the players didn't bother and Kamphues saw he was ahead of Sanada's {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} with his own {6-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.

The dealer dealt the {K-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{J-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{A-Spades} flop and Sanada was sent to the rail. Kamphues, on the other hand, is off to a good start and is looking to add some bling to his trophy shelf as he's already the owner of a WSOP Circuit ring.
