Dinner Break

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Players have headed off for their 60-minute dinner break. Play will resume when they return, until we have our final six.

Bellande Calls Down Graham

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Jean-Robert Bellande opened to 85,000 from under the gun and Andrew Graham three-bet to 250,000 in the cutoff. The action was back on Bellande who called to see a flop of {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. He checked to Graham who continued for 125,000 and Bellande made the call.

The turn was the {a-Clubs} and Bellande checked again. Graham threw in another bet of 150,000 but Bellande still called as the {k-Clubs} rolled off on the river. Bellande checked one more time and Graham sized up a bet of 375,000. Bellande thought for a brief moment and then slid in a call. Graham tossed his cards face down to the muck and Bellande showed that he called with {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.

Graham Continues Upwards Trend

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Andrew Graham limped blind on blind and Tay Nguyen raised to 140,000. Graham called and the flop came down {5-Spades}{10-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. It went check-check and a {j-Clubs} was dealt on the turn. Graham took the betting lead, setting 160,000 over the line, which Nguyen called.

The last card out was the {q-Clubs} and Graham bet again, making it 150,000 to see his cards. Nguyen made the call but mucked when he saw Graham had flopped two pair with {4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}.

Graham Risks It All

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Andrew Graham
Andrew Graham

Andrew Graham opened to 80,000 from early position and Kacper Pyzara three-bet to 205,000 on the button. The action folded back to Graham who made the call to see a flop of {8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. Graham check-called a bet of 175,000 from Pyzara and the {j-Clubs} landed on the turn.

Graham checked again and Pyzara tossed in another bet of 275,000. Graham tanked for a bit before making the call. The {q-Diamonds} completed the board and Graham thought for a minute before shoving all in for 815,000. Pyzara asked for a count and then went into the tank himself.

After a couple of minutes, Jean-Robert Bellande called the clock and Pyzara was given 30 seconds to act. The clock hit zero and Pyzara's hand was declared dead, sending the pot to Graham.

Pyzara's Rivered Pair is No Good

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Tan Nguyen raised to 90,000 in the cutoff and was called by Kacper Pyzara in the small blind along with Jean-Robert Bellande in the big blind. The flop came {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and the action checked around to the {k-Clubs} on the turn.

Pyzara led out for 125,000 and Bellande called while Nguyen laid his hand down. The river brought the {8-Hearts} and Pyzara checked this time. Bellande quickly checked back and Pyzara tabled {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a missed flush draw and two pair on the river. Bellande turned over {q-Hearts}{10-Spades} for a better two pair and dragged in the pot.

Pyzara Takes The Chip Lead

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Kacper Pyzara
Kacper Pyzara

The final table has been good so far to Kacper Pyzara. First he won some chips in a hand against Jean-Robert Bellande and then he won some against Andrew Graham.

He opened middle position and Graham defended his big blind. The flop came {3-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{7-Spades} and Graham check-called his 80,000 continuation. The {10-Diamonds} turn went check-check and on the {9-Diamonds} river Graham led 275,000, which Pyzara called.

Kacper Pyzara: {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Andrew Graham: {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Pyzara's top two pair was good enough against Graham's busted flush draw and Pyzara took the chip lead.

James Mackey Eliminated in 8th Place ($61,931)

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
James Mackey
James Mackey

Eric Blair opened to 85,000 from under the gun and James Mackey ripped in the last of his 715,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Blair quickly called as he tabled the superior hand.

Eric Blair: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
James Mackey: {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The flop came {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} and Blair was still comfortably in the lead. However, the {q-Clubs} on the turn gave Mackey a straight and Blair couldn't believe it. There was still one card to come and it was the {k-Spades} as Blair improved to a full house to eliminate Mackey in eighth place.

The final seven players will now redraw for seats at the unofficial final table. With one more elimination, play will halt for the day and the final six players will return for the official final table tomorrow.

Sergio Aido Eliminated in 9th Place ($45,764)

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
Sergio Aido
Sergio Aido

His time finally came. Sergio Aido had tried to spin his stack back up, but he came unstuck just now in a hand against Tay Nguyen. Having lost most of chips versus Nguyen not long ago, it was the American who took the rest in the end.

Aido shoved 275,000 with {j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} on the button, which was nine big blinds. Nguyen found pocket {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} in the big blind and made the call. The {10-Spades}{2-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} runout favored the pocket pair and Aido had to settle for ninth. Meanwhile, the pot put Nguyen up near the top of the counts.
